Planning to enroll at Westlake High School

Enrollments are by appointment only.  Please call the Director or Records office at 512-732-9280 ext 33012 to schedule an appointment.  Enrollments for the new school year will take place during the months of June, July & August.  Please call the Director of records office anytime after May 18^th to schedule a summer enrollment appointment.

Enrollment  Documents & Forms

The following documents will be needed when enrolling:

·         proof of residency (current utility bill, lease agreement, home closing documents)

·         social security card (optional)

·         birth certificate

·         immunization record (immunizations must meet the state of Texas requirements to attend school)

·         photo i.d. of parent/guardian

·         unofficial copy of transcript/ or 8^th grade report card for incoming 9^th graders

·         special education/ 504 records if applicable

·         Students enrolling, once the school year has begun, will need to provide withdrawal paperwork from their previous school

School Tours

Tours are given during the school year Mondays and Fridays by appointment only*.

For future 10th-12^th graders, please contact the 10-12 campus counseling office at 512-732-9280.

For future 9^th graders, please contact the ninth grade counseling office at 512-732-9260.

*Tours are unavailable on the following dates: First two weeks of the new semester, during final exam week, during TAKS/AP testing days, and during the months of May, June, July & August.
