Sporting News From Lake Conroe

The Chaps and Lake Lake Travis dueled it out again on the Tom Weiskopf Bentwater Resort course this past Friday and Saturday.  With over nearly 600 team strokes, the difference was just three strokes as LT claimed 1st, the Chaps 2nd, and Montgomery 3rd.    These girls can play!

The Chaps, Jackie Feldman, Bentley Cotton, Sadie Englemann, Madelyn Jones, and Lauren May, played some excellent team golf with all players contributing scores and everyone fighting for strokes with some stellar short game execution.  We had Sadie, Jackie, and Bentley finish in the Top 10, while Sadie closed Day 2 with an amazing run of birdie, eagle, birdie, birdie (nearly an ace!), tap-in par to tie for 3rd at -3.  She then won the playoff with a birdie on the first hole!
